Our independent support coordinators help assist people with developmental disabilities and their families in planning, locating, choosing and coordinating services and supports they need and then advocating skillfully to see they are provided.  They work with the individual, his/her family, and their circle of support to develop a support plan that reflects the person's vision for the future and a description of services and supports that will help the individual reach his/her vision.
